Srushti deshmukh, who is in her third year in engineering she has begun to study for UPSC. After her graduation, she questioned whether she was able to be satisfied with her engineering job. Eventually, she realised that civil engineering was her love and devoted herself to the field. The parents of her encouraged her to focus on civil rights and get an employment that would benefit the general public. Her motivation never waned as she remained focused at her dream to become an IAS. To be eligible for UPSC the candidate must put in more work. As she studied in engineering, she used to also prepare different subjects in UPSC. This exam preparation was done every day. In less than a month and half the time, she was preparing for her engineering exam and also stayed away from social media. She believes that focusing is essential to crack this government exam and become a civil servant. She aimed to pass this exam on the first go and put in a lot of effort.
